60 PIEZAS DE JUEGO de Magdalena Pardo es un dispositivo de captura y reubicación de la imagen circulante. La publicación se construye a partir de un procedimiento riguroso: la extracción sistemática de los resultados obtenidos por el buscador de Mercado Libre Argentina ante el término «juego» durante julio de 2024. Estas imágenes fueron luego editadas y procesadas siguiendo un parámetro formal en su ordenamiento. El flujo de objetos en venta se fijó como piezas de un tablero arbitrario del consumo, un sistema estético de repetición y serie. De esta manera, 60 versiones del acto de jugar convierten el azar del mercado en una estructura de pensamiento material.

60 GAME PIECES by Magdalena Pardo is a device for capturing and relocating the circulating image. The publication is built around a rigorous procedure: the systematic extraction of the results returned by the Mercado Libre Argentina search engine for the term “juego” (“game” / “play”) throughout July 2024. These images were subsequently edited and processed according to a formal principle governing their arrangement. The flow of objects offered for sale was fixed as pieces on an arbitrary board of consumption, an aesthetic system of repetition and seriality. In this way, 60 versions of the act of playing transform the randomness of the market into a material structure of thought.
